After-hours/night-time- and overtime wages according to VR and SA agreements
Daytime working hours of shop assistants are from 9:00 to 18:00 but for office workers it is from 9:00 to 17:00. A full-time position is 167,94 hours per month for shop assistants and 159,57 hours for office workers.
After-hours work: After-hours supplement is paid for employees’ work outside the normal daytime working hours but within the time which is defined as full-time work per month or 100% work.
Night- time work: Night- time supplement is paid for employees’ work from 00:00 to 7:00 but within the time which is defined as full-time work per month or 100% work.
Hourly wages for shop assistance after-hours until 00:00 is 0.8235% of monthly wages for daytime work.
Hourly wages for shop assistants for night- time work from 00:00 to 7:00 is 0,8824% of monthly wages for daytime work,
Hourly wages for office workers after-hours until 0:00 is 0,875% of monthly wages for daytime work
Hourly wages for office workers for night-time work from 00:00 to 7:00 is 0,9375% of monthly wages for daytime work.
Overtime is all work undertaken outside normal daytime working hours and in excess of 167,94 hours for shop assistants and 159,27 for office workers. Hourly wages for overtime is 1.0385% of fixed monthly wages.
Overtime according to VR and FA agreements
Overtime is all work undertaken outside normal daytime working hours and in excess of 153,86 hours, which is defined as 100% work. The daytime work period according to this agreement is from 07:00 to 19:00 on working days.
Hourly wages for overtime work is 1,0385% of the monthly wages for regular daytime work.
