The results from VR ‘s annual Company of the Year survey are in! This year was the most ambitious yet, with the survey reaching almost 42,000 individuals in the general labor market. 155 companies met minimum participation requirements and invited all their employees (not just VR members) to fill out the questionnaires, making them eligible for the awards. Each company received an overall score, based on employee attitudes towards management, salary, equality, work satisfaction, in addition to other factors.
The five companies with the highest overall score in each size category receive formal recognition as Company of the Year 2023. VR congratulates them on their achievement.
