VR’s collective wage agreements provide for individually agreed wages
On 1. January 2022 pay scales will increase by 25.000 ISK and a general wage increase will be 17.250 ISK.
The VR reserve fund combines into one fund rights that were previously in different funds and gives members the opportunity to use the fund with more flexibility than before.
VR offers its members a subsidy for domestic accommodation costs and camper van rentals
Members of VR can apply for grants e.g. for internships and leisure activities.
