VR’s collective wage agreements provide for individually agreed wages, stating: When determining wages between the employer and the employee, the wage shall reflect the employee’s work contribution, competence, educational qualifications and skills, as well as the nature of the job and the responsibility involved.
VR assists members with individual wage agreements and has released a new wage calculator which allows members to view information about the salaries of different jobs. See more here.

VR and FA
VR and FA wage rates are active working hours, which means that consumption breaks are unpaid, except for dinner in the period between 19:00 and 20:00 and the time in the morning from 3:00 a.m. to 4:00 am
VR would like to inform its members that in the latest wage agreements, a change in holiday leave was negotiated. From May 1, 2024, many will be entitled to accumulate 25 days of holiday or 10.64% holiday pay. Check here for more details to see if you are entitled to increased leave.
