The role of the Complaints Committee shall be to deliver rulings on disputes which may arise on the basis of VR laws and regulations. The committee does not handle cases concerning exemptions from the laws and regulations of VR. Complaints to the committee must be in writing and signed, and must be submitted on a special form.
Members of the VR Complaints Committee are: Herdís Magnúsdóttir, Bryndís Guðnadóttir, and Ragnar Þór Ingólfsson.
Alternates: Guðmundur B. Ólafsson, Steinunn Böðvarsdóttir, and Kristín María Björnsdóttir.
