Company of the Year 2026

The results of VR’s Company of the Year 2026 survey are in! The top three companies in each size category are named Company of the Year. Only companies that offer all employees the opportunity to participate in the survey are eligible.

A company’s overall score is calculated based on employees’ views on various aspects of the working environment. Questions cover management, pay and terms, workplace culture, equality, job satisfaction, and much more. The companies that stand out in the survey receive formal recognition, as there is good reason to highlight their performance.

The Nine Key Factors

In the VR survey on the Company of the Year, employees are asked about their attitudes towards nine key factors in the internal work environment of companies. Each key factor is given a rating from one to five, and together they form an overall score, both for the companies that appear on the lists and the overall score for all respondents in the survey.
