VR's Company of the Year survey is now closed. The results will be announced 13 May.
About Company of the Year
The selection is based on the results of nine key factors in the survey. Companies ranked in the top fifteen in each size category receive the title Model Company, 45 in total, including the winning companies themselves.
In addition, the Most Family-Friendly Companies will be selected, based on employees’ views on factors such as flexibility and the ability to balance work and private life. Likewise, the VR Education Recognition Award will be presented, based on employees’ views on continuing education and training within the company and opportunities for career development.
The results of all companies that reach the minimum response threshold (7 responses or 35%) are published publicly on the VR website, regardless of whether all employees have had the opportunity to participate or not.
