The VR Education Award is based on employees’ views on continuing education and training and their ability to develop in their work. This recognition supports VR’s objective of encouraging and strengthening lifelong learning among members, as the union considers it vital that society prepares for the changes that will take place in the labour market in the coming years and decades—not least in connection with technological advances in artificial intelligence.
