Holiday House Applications Open 8 January 

Applications for holiday houses for the summer of 2026 open 8 January at 10 AM and will remain open until 31 January. 

All VR members have an equal chance of being selected, regardless of when they apply during this period. Members who are allocated a holiday house will have until 12 February to complete their payment via My Pages. 

The same rule as before will apply - members who have rented a holiday house at any time during the past three summers cannot apply for a house during this period. 

Once payments for the initial allocation are completed, cottages that were not rented out will be reallocated on 16 February. If holiday cottages remain available after the allocation, members can apply for them from 26 February at 10.00 am.
