The results from VR ‘s annual Company of the Year survey are in! Each company received an overall score, based on employee attitudes towards management, salary, equality, work satisfaction, in addition to other factors.
The top three companies in each size category are named Company of the Year 2025, except in the group of large companies, where four are selected this year. Therefore, there are ten Companies of the Year in total. Only companies that offer all their employees the opportunity to participate in the survey are eligible.
