- The hotel rooms are intended for members outside the capital area.
- Please note: Can only be booked through the office – rooms are not available if booked less than a week in advance.
- The key is obtained from the Icelandair Hotel Reykjavík Natura’s reception upon presentation of an agreement from VR. It is possible to check whether the room is available for check-in early in the day or around 10, for those who arrive early by flight, but then it must be done in advance by calling +354 444 4503. The hotel tries to fulfill such a request whenever possible. Check-out is at 12:00 The accommodation is for two people. Members can also buy refreshments at the hotel at a discounted price. Breakfast is available at a discount if ordered the night before.
- Price of accommodation: January – 30 April, ISK 6,900 per night / 1 May – 30 September, ISK 10,900 per night / 1 October – 29 December, ISK 6,900 per night.
- Please cancel before 16:00, 48 hours before arrival if booking is no longer required. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of up to one night will be charged.
