A well-attended union meeting was held yesterday

Last night, Wednesday, December 14, 2022 VR held a well-attended union meeting, to present the new collective agreements. Ragnar Þór Ingólfsson, president of VR, did the presentation of the agreements that were made with the Confederation of Icelandic Employers (SA) and The Icelandic Federation of Trade (FA), and lively discussions followed and many questions were asked. Almost 200 VR members attended the meeting, mostly online. VR thanks everyone who took the time in the run-up to the Holidays to join us and review the agreements.

Electronic voting on the collective agreements started yesterday and will last until noon on Wednesday, December 21, 2022. VR encourages members to familiarize themselves with the content of the agreements and exercise their voting rights. Click here for more information.
