VR regularly conducts surveys among members regarding their position on the labor market and their attitude towards the company's activities. The company's most extensive survey is the annual survey on Company of the Year, which has been conducted almost every year for two decades. The association conducted a wage survey among members for many years, but now conducts a wage study based on real data from the association system. Its results are published twice a year.
