VR offers career development guidance

VR continues to offer career development guidance to its members, just as in previous years. The guidance is provided by career and education advisors from Mímir Lifelong Learning. These consultations are free of charge for VR members, and registration takes place on My Pages.

The purpose of these sessions is to provide support and information about possible pathways for further career development. Career development focuses on the importance of growth and progress in one’s job. The emphasis is not necessarily on changing career paths or job roles but rather on developing new approaches to existing tasks in an ever-changing work environment and exploring available opportunities.
