VR web chat well received

VR launched a web chat on its website, vr.is, earlier this year. This new service has been extremely well received by members, the chat has seen over 1900 inquiries since it opened. This represents an addition to the services provided by VR and the number of calls to the union has not decreased since the web chat was published.

VR appreciates the warm welcome and encourages members to try sending questions to the web chat.
