Is your company participating in Company of the Year?

The Company of the Year survey is conducted annually among all members of VR. Companies can offer participation to employees who are not members of VR and thus ensure that all employees, regardless of union membership, have the opportunity to participate and express their views on management and the working environment. For your company to be considered for selection as Company of the Year 2023, the company must guarantee all employees, regardless of union membership, the right to participate in the survey.

The survey covers about 40,000 people working in the general labor market and will begin in early February. Companies that offer all employees the opportunity to participate must send information to anna@vr.is by January 20, 2023. Click here for more information.
